Construct My Future Internship Program (CMFIP) is a student internship program to encourage students towards jobs in the construction industry. It is unique by offering a centralized program for 16+ year old students and taking care of the detail for companies to easily hire our interns. The program provides Construction Industry Partners with candidates who have a general understanding of our industry and its opportunities, as well as basic education to start working. This will help promote more applicants and stronger retention of new hires. 

CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY PARTNERS NEEDED:
- to hire our 16+ year old interns
- to sponsor the internship program 
- to provide in-kind donations for our inters - PPE, tools and tool belts, work boots
- to host field trips on your job sites
- to volunteer in our program - speaking to students, assisting teachers, etc. 

WHO are Construct My Future Industry Partners
- Construction companies - commercial, civil or residential
- Construction trade companies - we need all the trades involved
- Construction associations
- Financial and insurance institutions supporting construction projects
- Anyone supporting the Construction Industry

Construct My Future Internship Program is piloting this program with the Oklahoma City Public School district in the Fall 2024. We will add more schools and districts in 2025.
